The dog looks like he was nervous there for a bit!
Ha! You can totally see the nervousness!
But in the dog's defense, I bet the mixer didn't let you know it was glad you were home every day, no?
Ha, your dog does look scared.
Which one of these items makes you feel all warm and cozy inside? I say keep the electric hand mixer. :)
Your dog...a mixered breed?

"You see what I have to live with?"
Haha! That's one nervous pooch! My dog's functionality is low too, but I don't own an electric hand mixer so she's safe. For now!
It so hard to cuddle with an electric mixer. ;)
Plus the hand mixer doesn't bark when you shut the cupboard door.
What a gorgeous dog! the mixer's got a long way to go :o)
I don't think poochie got a fair 'functionality' rating. He should have gotten a higher score. I know you would feel more at a loss without your pooch than without your mixer. It was a hilarious read though, and the pooch's expression is priceless! No mixer could melt a heart that way!
I'm glad the score eventually turned around in the dogs favor. Cute pic.
ha at least you were scientific about the process...close call...
Your poor dog. I feel bad for him. And I don't even like dogs. And yes, don't remind me that I have two.
Your Friend, m.
The dog is WAY cuter than the hand-mixer. The hand-mixer can't wag it's tail when you come home or lick your face! Then again, the hand-mixer won't poop on the rug. Who cares? A dog is just better than a hand-mixer anyday!
What have you been smoking?!?!?!
That dog is ridiculously cute. I can understand how it beat out a hand mixer.
You know you couldn't possibley part with that cute dog, no matter how much space he takes up! lol
Cuteness factor:
Electric hand mixer: 2
Dog: 150
He wins.
Dog had it hands down! Was there ever a choice?
Can you sleep with the hand mixer? Well maybe...but that would mean you're pretty weird. The dog stays.
You made the right call.
Not sure about this one. My hand mixer is very compelling.
What did dog do now?
I think he's smirking at you and laying in wait for his next adventure.
:0
Oh that face!
For the first time I am glad I own neither a dog, nor a hand mixer. No such Sophie's Choice for me!
I need to know -- was there a debate about who owned the cupboard space?
Poor doggy - to even begin to compare him with an electric mixer, how could you?
Oh good. I had Florence and the Machine's Dog Days are Over in my head yet again.
heeeeeeeeee
loved this one!
Take the dog!
Leave the mixer
(The Godfather)
that is all
Okay. But was it KitchenAid?
sure the dog's cute but on the other hand, the mixer never demands to be taken out for walkies
Functionality of the electric hand mixer -8? Did you plug it in???
Functionality of dog -2? Does that include the fact that he wears a diaper?
If you put it to the vote, dog or mixer, I think the "eyes" would have it!
Who could throw away a face like that. How about a 60-year old working Waring blender. Having a sale this weekend in S TX. Cum on down.
Oh, that FACE! Of course the dog stays!!!
But the hand mixer did consume an awful lot of hands. And it's not easy getting hold of hands, you can't just pick them up at the supermarket. The dog on the other hand is happy with your standard dog food.
I'm not a dog person, but looking at that cute little face I might be tempted to keep him vs the mixer I would only use every 2 years
If you'll just put that bowl of heavy cream you want to whip down on the floor, the dog will deal with it.
I really like your math.
What a cute canine...Does he get along with cats? if so, and you develop a strange attachment to your hand mixer, we could adopt...
Oh gosh. I love this! And all I have is a hand mixer. Dang...
Hmmm...that dog is really cute. He should score points for that. Mind you, you also have to clean up his poop, so he should lose points for that. He can chase off robbers and serial killers. Score points. He can chew your best shoes. Lose points....you know, I could probably do this forever, so I'll just stop now.
Ha! What a cute pooch!
A toss-up between your dog and ...a hand mixer?!
So cute! I'll bet the blender doesn't look that cute!
All right, the dog can stay, but he's got to do all the mixing now.
Oh, poor doggie…I'm glad he won, lol.
Oh with a face like that, I'll take your dog!!!!
Hahaha I'm glad the dog won out!! Just :p
I would have gone with hand mixer. Only because it doesn't stink, shed, bark, drool, or poop. But that's just me. ;)
an electric hand mixer would only be good if i baked. and who needs to bake when gourmet cupcake shoppes are popping up everywhere.
besides i love that face! i just kissed my screen on the leather nose.
This was hilarious! That dog is seriously cute. And if you really tried, I'm sure he could fit in the cupboard quite comfortably.
Awwww, that is the cutest dog!
I want that dog please.
oooh what a look!
Have a great May Day weekend!
Awww, you forgot to factor in he comes with a lifetime guarentee to serve you forever! What a cutie (grin).
I want your doggie and my Dixie to have a play date.
Haha, lucky dog! :-)
My dog, Dodger, got a little nervous when I showed him this post...I think he is fine now and a little in love with your dog.
LOL! Never mind ... if you take the dog out of the cupboard, you'll find there is still room for the mixer there. The dog can be placed in a sunny corner or even better - a chair, sofa or a bed.
He's too cute! Or is it she?
He is full of character and I bet butter wouldn't melt in his mouth!
Handmixers are....... well ordinary in comparison.
Thank you for visiting me.

Nuts in May
Hysterical!
I'm pretty sure my dog would lose bad against a hand mixer.
The mixer doesn't poop, it's got that going for it. lol. I have two big dogs, and wouldn't trade them for the world. (well, maybe for a Kitchmaid. - NO! just kidding, lol)
Awwww..Tough choice to make. glad they both stayed. why wasnt Cynthia the cat included in this evaluation anyway???
There is no way that mixer is cuter than that dog.
Excellent brief and this article helped me alot.
